Dr Seamus Sweeeney is the winner of the Society of Irish Medical Writers Quiz held in Cavan

Thanks to everybody who took part in the quiz organised by Berna Cox in Cavan.

The winner, by some distance was Seamus Sweeney, who will receive a small prize in the coming weeks.

Well done to Seamus. I'll be sending on a signed copy of John MacKenna's latest book "The River Field".
It should be noted that Dr Pat McGettrick did very well in the quiz also. Unfortunately, whereas Pat spotted most of the misspellings, there were no correct versions given as requested.
